I was real proud of this song when I wrote it. I was in middle school and I put it on riffage.com and got the top hit on their charts for a while. It got tons of plays before their music community died out. This is definitely an electronic Fatbloy Slim inspiration. Views: 95
I was trying to make the most beautiful song I could possibly make but still was using my ancient keyboard with all those electronic sounds. It's very pretty but definitely not the most beautiful song I ever heard. You can listen if you like. Views: 95
Another song from when I was a teenager. i wrote a lot of experimental techno when I was a kid. I didn't know what else to do with my keyboard from the 80's! Every sound I had was all electronic sounding. I think I did well utilizing the sound that I had to work with. Here's another great example of my work. I also incorporated audio tapes of the weather from my great grandfather. Views: 96
Here are two samples from scottyjams.com of a song I wrote when I was still a teenager. This is a song I like to call Dance With Me and it was written with my brain, my computer, my fingers, and my 80's synthesizer. It's a pretty bad ass song, but it's very amateurish compared to what I know now. Views: 97
These are two samples of a really cool techno song I wrote. I really like this one. Some of the sounds filled in together really well and the blend is perfect. For example, I love how the piano starts out and then it builds up and crashes into a really cool techno sounding thing that matches perfectly. Views: 97
I used a sample audio clip from a friend of mine in Rhode Island for this. Johnston, Rhode Island to be exact. We lived together for a while but due to religious disagreement we are no longer friends. I'd be his friend, but his religion says I'm bad news... so whatever the fuck, lol Views: 98
Here are two samples from another techno sounding song I did. This was very experimental. Everytime I listen to it I'm not sure if I really like that or if I just think that's really weird. Anyways, I incorporated my brothers voice and some Street Fighter for this one. Oh, then it's my voice throughout the whole song. Views: 98
I wrote this song a very long time ago. It's very chill and electronic. At the time that I wrote it I thought it was awesome but not so much anymore. I don't know it's still cool you should check it out. Views: 99
I thought I would take a song that I had already written and recorded and make it better and cooler. It turns out it isn't much cooler than the first one. It's just now more dance than techno. The horns in it were weird, I'm not sure if I would do that again if I were to do this song over today. It's still a pretty cool, groovy, and upbeat song though. Views: 99
Here's two samples of a really long song I wrote one time. It's over 9 minutes long. I kept morphing the sound of a tap I made on a glass up into different sounds and melodies. Then I started morphing other sounds. Overall it became a mixture of sounds that blend together somewhat well for 9 minutes long! Also, my cousin says something goofy in the middle. Views: 99
